On-Campus
- Hostel Block
  - • Application is open to all students; priority will be given to new undergraduates
    • Students will be selected based on school co-curricular & SPM results
    • Four hostel blocks (2 for male students, 2 for female students) that can accommodate up to 500 students; rooms are twin-sharing
    Room rate:
    • Type A: RM210
    • Type B: RM230
    • Type C: RM250
    • Type D: RM270
    • H/CAPP: RM270
    • Deposit of RM250 and pre-payment based on the selected room types. The deposit must be paid upon registration and the pre-payment must be made each trimester.

    Application Steps:
    1. Apply online though Admission Registration Acceptance page when you accept the offer to study in MMU
  - 2. Receive notification in your email
    3. If successful, you will need to make a full before registration day to CIMB with the account number 8004674175
    4. Provide the bank-in slip to Finance Division during registration.
    5. Pre-payment is not refundable if student does not turn up on registration day after accepting the hostel offer

  - • 5 minutes walking distance to MMU• Between RM210 and RM320 per person/month depending on facilities inclusive of utility bills.
    • Initial payment: Security deposit (RM300) + 3 months rental prepayment (from RM930 – RM1260)
    • One unit consists of 4 rooms; 8 – 9 people per unit
