Dr. Amat Taap Manshor

Amat Taap Manshor received his Ph.D. in Management in 2002. He is also the holder and a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD), UK and an Accredited Competency Professional (ACP) of the Institute of Leadership & Management, UK. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer at the Finance Accreditation Agency.

He has over 20 years of experience in human resources management, talent development and education. He has been involved in designing, developing and delivering various HR intervention initiatives, educational and professional training programmes. He had served as the Senior Director at the Asian Institute of Finance. He was also a Dean/HR Consultant at the Business School, Management & Science University, and at the Faculty of Business & Law, Multimedia University.
