MMU Welcomes Delegation from Nanjing University for Academic Collaboration Discussions

On 21 April 2025, MMU had the honour of hosting a distinguished delegation from Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications (NUPT), led by Prof. Guo Yufeng, Secretary of NUPT. The courtesy visit was warmly received by Prof. Dato’ Dr. Mazliham Mohd Su’ud, President of MMU, at the Cyberjaya campus.

This visit served as a platform for both institutions to explore potential areas for academic collaboration, laying the groundwork for future joint initiatives in research, education, and innovation. The discussions reflected a mutual interest in fostering global academic partnerships and enhancing cross-border knowledge exchange.

Also present at the session were Prof. Ir. Dr. Wong Hin Yong, Vice President of Academic and Innovative Learning; Prof. Ir. Dr. Zulfadzli Yusoff, Vice President of Market Exploration, Engagement and Touchpoint; and Prof. Dr. Wong Eng Kiong, Vice President of Student Experience and Entrepreneurship Development. Faculty deans and other university representatives also participated in the dialogue, signalling a strong institutional commitment towards international engagement.

The visit marks another important step in MMU’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its global network and reinforce its position as a forward-looking university with a strong emphasis on international collaboration.
