49 Films Light Up the Screen at FCA’s End of Semester Screening

The Faculty of Cinematic Arts (FCA) hosted a vibrant five-day End of Semester Screening at the MMU Cinema, bringing together students and the public to celebrate the creativity and dedication of FCA students in February 2025. Showcasing an impressive 49 films across various genres—including silent films, documentaries, and final-year projects—the event offered a captivating glimpse into the diverse talents and storytelling prowess of the students.

The final day of the event featured the much-anticipated Awards Night, where the faculty honored outstanding students. Faculty members presented awards to exceptional works from students at every level, from Year 1 to Final Year, recognizing their dedication and artistic achievements. The evening was filled with warmth and excitement as alumni, industry professionals, actors, families, and friends gathered to show their support, making it a truly memorable occasion.
