MMU Team Wins Grand Prize at NYIP 2024

Four exceptional students from the Faculty of Law (FOL) – Tan Zhi Chung, Lim Ker Ming, Ain Farhana Mazdin bin Abdullah, and Eng Zhi Qi — clinched the Grand Prize at the Nestlé Youth Innovators Programme (NYIP) 2024. The team emerged victorious on 11 November 2024, outperforming 22 other university teams from across Malaysia to secure a cash prize of RM15,000.

Demonstrating outstanding innovation, boundless creativity, and impeccable teamwork, the MMU team delivered a winning solution that captivated the judges. Adding to this remarkable achievement, team member Ain Farhana was awarded an exclusive six-month internship at Nestlé, showcasing her brilliance not only as a student innovator but also as a rising star in the corporate world. The NYIP 2024 challenged participants to develop innovative strategies to attract more youth to the NESCAFÉ brand and boost coffee consumption among young Malaysians.
