MMU and Hadhramout University signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 24 October 2024, at Cyberjaya campus. The pact was signed by Prof. Dato’ Dr. Mazliham Mohd Su’ud, President of MMU, and Prof. Dr. Mohammed Saeed Khanbash, President of Hadhramout University.
This strategic partnership marks the beginning of a broad range of collaborative initiatives between the two higher education institutions. The MoU paves the way for robust academic and research collaborations, including student exchange programs, articulation agreements, joint degree offerings, postgraduate partnerships, and joint research projects. It also outlines plans for collaborative efforts in securing matching grants to further enhance research initiatives.
The ceremony was graced by Dr. Abdul Aziz Ahmad, Director of International Collaboration and Engagement (ICE), Ms. Nadia Mahmud, Dean of the Faculty of Creative Multimedia (FCM), Assoc. Prof. Ts. Dr. Junaidi Abdullah, Dean of the Faculty of Computing and Informatics, Dr. Mokhtaruddin Ahmad, Dean of the Faculty of Applied Communication, and Ts. Dr. Low Jin Hong, Dean of the Faculty of Management.
