On 2 October 2024, a delegation from Sekolah Menengah Teknik Melaka (SMTM), led by its principal, Mdm Chan Pek Ling @ Elda, paid a visit to Multimedia University’s (MMU) Melaka campus. Prof. Dato’ Dr. Mazliham Mohd Su’ud, President of MMU, warmly welcomed the delegation, marking the beginning of a significant partnership between the two institutions.
This visit also provided a platform for both parties to formalise their collaboration, which will encompass social responsibility programs, industrial training opportunities, and impactful academic initiatives aimed at enhancing student development and community engagement.
Among the distinguished attendees were Prof. Dr. Wong Eng Kiong, Vice President of Student Experience & Entrepreneurship Development and Melaka Campus Director; Mr. Zambri Pawanchik, Vice President of Strategic Marketing, Admission & Recruitment (SMART); faculty members, Mdm Nalini Pragasam, Director of Student Recruitment and Admission (SRAD); along with other senior MMU officers.
