More than 1,000 students attended the MMU Career Fair 2024, held on 21 August 2024 at Dewan Tun Canselor, Cyberjaya campus. The launch ceremony was graced by Prof. Dato’ Dr. Mazliham Mohd Su’ud, President of MMU, accompanied by Mr. Ben Ho, Chief Executive Officer of TalentBank; Prof. Dr. Wong Eng Kiong, Vice President of Student Experience & Entrepreneurship Development (VP SEED); and Rahmat Al-Aziz, Director of MMU Career Fair 2024.
The event provided a unique platform for MMU students to explore career opportunities, gain insights, and network with potential employers from 58 participating companies including Huawei, Alliance Bank, Datasonic, Hong Leong Bank, KPMG, Prasarana and others.
Jointly organised by Career Connect and the Communication Society, with support from TalentBank, the event underscores the university’s commitment to nurturing graduates with a holistic educational approach, ensuring they are not only technically proficient but also well-prepared for their respective fields. Attendees gained up-to-date information on industry trends and explored internship and employment opportunities.
