Promoting Health and Team Spirit at the MMU Badminton League 2024

In an effort to enhance physical and mental wellbeing, the MESRA Club hosted a three-day event, the MMU Badminton League 2024, from July 29 to 31, 2024. Held at the Indoor Sports Centre on the Cyberjaya campus, the competition saw enthusiastic participation from MESRA members and Telekom Malaysia (TM) employees, all of whom showcased a high level of sportsmanship. The competition featured categories for Men’s and Women’s Open Doubles as well as Invitational Doubles.

The competition aimed to promote both physical and mental health while also strengthening the relationships within the university community. Additionally, it served as a platform to cultivate tolerance, responsibility, and teamwork among its members. Through this activity, the MESRA Club aims to nurture well-rounded members, fostering intellectual, spiritual, physical, emotional, and social growth.
