FOM Student Selected as Top 50 Finalist for Global Student Prize 2024

Let’s congratulate Ong Yong Xun, a student from the Faculty of Management, who has been recognized as a finalist in the esteemed Top 50 Global Student Prize 2024. Selected from an impressive pool of 11,000 global applicants, Yong Xun’s exceptional achievements have earned him a place among the top 50 contenders. 

Yong Xun is acknowledged as the Founder of JomStudy, a revolutionary education mobile application that empowers secondary school students to study anywhere, anytime. To date, JomStudy has benefited over 400,000 students, with more than 50,000 actively using the application for monthly revisions. 

The $100,000 Chegg.org Global Student Prize, established in collaboration with the Varkey Foundation, honors outstanding students worldwide who are actively contributing to positive change in our society. Click here to know more about this achievement.
