On 8th June 2024, the Archery Novice Cup 2024 organised by Archery Club MMU Melaka and Cyberjaya has concluded, marking an exhilarating end to an event filled with remarkable talent and dedication. This competition holds immense significance to both clubs as it is the first physical event organised collectively since the covid-19 pandemic, which marks the beginning of new friendships and long-term collaborations.
With the aims to identify and nurture emerging talent among beginner archers, ensure inclusivity and accessibility for participants from diverse backgrounds and abilities and foster a sense of community and sportsmanship, the competition saw an impressive turnout of novice archers who showcased their budding skills and passion for the sport.
The grand finale witnessed intense matches, with standout performances that captivated the audience. The winners were celebrated for their precision and composure, received accolades and prizes, setting a promising tone for their future in archery.
