FCI Academic Shares His Insights on Professional Courses

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ng Kok Why, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Computing and Informatics (FCI) shared his insights and perspectives on the topic ‘Proven Approaches to Attracting Students for Professional Courses’ in a workshop held at the Cyberjaya campus on 21 March 2024. The workshop attendees comprised 72 Huawei instructors from various universities. 

The workshop, jointly organised by Huawei and MMU, was conducted in hybrid mode, allowing the attendees to participate both in-person and online. In addition to Dr. Ng, other panellists included Ms. Delea, Talent Ecosystem Manager of Huawei, Dr. Tham Mau Luen from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) and Dr. Ismail Ahmedy from Universiti Malaya (UM). It is anticipated that the attendees found the workshop enlightening and informative.
