A graduation ceremony of the Middle Management Development Programme (MMDP) & Supervisory Development Programme (SDP) was held at Dewan Tun Canselor on 18 July 2023. Coordinated by MMU Cnergy, the event was graced by Puan Sarinah Abu Bakar, Chief Human Capital Officer of ™, who presented the certificate to the participants during the event. Prof. Dato’ Dr. Mazliham Mohd Su’ud, President of MMU delivered a welcoming address to the event attendees including the participants.
Through this programme, participants received guidance from MMU lecturers in completing four modules to nurture their leadership skills and attributes. In his speech, Prof. Dato’ congratulated all participants who completed the programme. He also emphasised that MMU always fully supports the TM initiatives in grooming leaders for work excellency and an inclusive work environment. The programme will continue for this year and it is hoped that this collaborative effort would help to produce more great leaders in pursuing the TM aspiration.
