The Office of the Registrar provides an academic experience and enrollment services in support of Multimedia University’s diverse academic community. We coordinate services in the areas of student registration, course enrolment, timetabling, examination, graduation, convocation, data protection and release of academic records.
The divisions under the purview of the Registrar’s Office include Registration Unit (RU), Examination and Records Unit (ERU) and Bursary Unit (BU).
Our office has always taken the initiative to improve the overall student experience. This proactivity is part of our continuous effort in improving our services to students, graduate, and the various stakeholders.
“A Study Guide to Academic Regulations & Procedures” produced by the Academic Registrar’s Office is intended to provide Multimedia University (MMU) students with information and guidance. Students are encouraged to refer to this useful guide when planning and undergoing your respective programmes. Furthermore, students are responsible for being familiar with the university’s academic regulations, and for observing the university’s procedures, as published in this handbook.
