Discovering Artistic Ability with Face Painting Workshop

A workshop entitled “Tips and Tricks for Parents- Easy Face and Arm Design” was participated by a group of staff from the Faculty of Business (FOB) and the Faculty of Engineering and Technology (FET), recently. The 2 ½ hours workshop was conducted by Dr. Yeow Jian Ai, and it was organised by the International Business Department of FOB. The participants had a wonderful time learning strokes to create butterflies, roses, spiders, and many more. The workshop also discovered many hidden talents amongst the participants, especially academics who had never held a paintbrush before, since leaving secondary school. This exciting event makes the participants realize that there are times that they should be out of their comfort zone and explore beyond the norms to achieve greater success, both in their personal and professional lives.
