Three MMU students namely Atikah Mohd Zulkifle, Nicklaus Gan Zhau Hern, and Thayananth a/l Kumaresan have made the university proud when they were announced to be in the Top 50 Monstar Awards 2020 on November 1, 2020. They were initially listed in the Top 100 together with another MMU student, Gabriel Chua Chin Seng.
Monstar Awards is the largest young talents awards in Malaysia and it was participated by students from different varsities in Malaysia. It is also known as one of the preferred avenues for students to create network, gain valuable knowledge from well-known industry leaders, as well as engaging with fellow Student Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
The selection of the TOP 50 was made by a group of inspiring high profiles judges and industry players including Her Royal Highness Selangor Princess, Tengku Zatashah Idris, Datuk Nicol David, Shazmi Ali, Mac Chung Lynn, George Ang, and Vivy Yusof. The event will celebrate the birth of Top 10 young talents on this 11 December 2020.
