Assoc. Prof. Dr. Md Shohel Sayeed from the Faculty of Information Science & Technology (FIST) and the Research Institute of Digital Lifestyle was invited as a Chief Guest and keynote speaker at the second International Conference on Advanced Computing (ICAC 2019) in India recently. Dr. Md Shohel Sayeed shared his insights on the topic entitled “The Fourth Industrial Revolution- A Global Revolution in Science, Technology, and Society”.
The conference was organised by Jamal Mohamed College, India. The two-day programme was held under the topic of Advanced Computing Focusing on the practical use of technology on the emerging trends, theory as well as practice that lead to the human betterment. Several eminent research scholars, scientists, engineers and technologists from all around the globe participated and shared their valuable research, innovations, and experiences in various disciplines in Information and Communication Technology.
Apart from the ICAC 2019, Dr. Shohel was also invited as the keynote speaker for several international conferences such as the International Conference on Recent Trends and Challenges in Healthcare Informatics (RCHI- 2019), International Conference on Recent Trends in Advanced Computing (ICRTAC 2019) and International Conference on Computational Intelligence and Applications (lCCIA 2019) where he shared his insights on the topics entitled “The Fourth Industrial Revolution- A Global -Revolution in Science, Technology and Healthcare Informatics”, “Big Data: Trends & Challenges” and “Challenges and Opportunities of Industry 4.0 Revolution on Science, Technology, and Society”, respectively.
Furthermore, Dr. Shohel was also invited as the keynote speaker for the International Conference on Modern Research (Multidisciplinary) 2019 which was organised by Scott Christian College (Autonomous), lndia and Research Management Centre (RMC), Multimedia University (MMU). He delivered a talk on “The Fourth lndustry Revolution- “A Global Revolution in Business, Technology, and Society”.
