On 28 February 2025, representatives from Government-Linked Universities (GLU) gathered at the Cyberjaya campus for a focused discussion session on entrepreneurship initiatives aimed at enriching opportunities and fostering entrepreneurial mindsets among students across the four GLU institutions — Universiti Kuala Lumpur (UniKL), Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN), Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP), and MMU.
The session was chaired by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ong Jeen Wei, Director of Alumni Engagement, Career and Entrepreneurship (ACE), who led a dynamic exchange of ideas centred on benchmarking best practices and exploring collaborative strategies to cultivate a thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem within the GLU network. The engagement provided a valuable platform for the participating universities to share insights, identify potential synergies, and develop joint initiatives that would empower students with the skills, networks, and resources to excel in entrepreneurial ventures.
