The prestigious award ceremony took place on 17 January 2025 at the Majestic Hotel, Kuala Lumpur, where Prof. Dato’ Dr. Mazliham Mohd Su’ud, President of MMU, proudly received the accolade on behalf of the university.

This recognition marks MMU’s fifth win at the Putra Brand Awards, showcasing the university’s unwavering commitment to excellence in education. MMU’s journey at the awards began with the Silver Award in 2019, followed by the Bronze Award in 2021, the Gold Award in 2022, and the prestigious Platinum Award in 2023.

Winning the Gold Award in 2024 underscores MMU’s dedication to delivering quality education and shaping future digital leaders. This achievement is a testament to the tireless efforts and commitment of the entire MMU community, including staff, students, alumni, and stakeholders who continue to contribute to the university’s success.

The Putra Brand Awards is widely regarded as the premier brand recognition platform in Malaysia, celebrating brands that excel in building trust and value among consumers. Organised by the Association of Accredited Advertising Agents Malaysia (4As), in collaboration with Malaysia’s Most Valuable Brands (MMVB), the awards program was launched in 2010 to acknowledge brand building as an essential investment, with winners determined by consumer preference and trust.
