We extend our heartfelt congratulations to our student from the Faculty of Computing and Informatics (FCI), Muhammad Amin Rafiq Abu Supian for securing a significant RM100,000 investment from Jati Funds under PitchIn at the prestigious Cyberview Living Lab Accelerator (CLLA) Demo Day Cohort 19, held on 15 January 2025. His startup, IOXTECH GLOBAL, captivated the judges with its innovative “All-in-One Construction Companion,” utilizing cutting-edge Geo-Fencing technology.

Amin Rafiq’s entrepreneurial journey is further supported by his active participation in MMU’s Startup Scheme, a testament to the university’s unwavering commitment to fostering innovation and nurturing entrepreneurial talent. Since its inception in 2013, the CLLA program has empowered over 129 startups, attracted RM263 million in investments, and generated an impressive RM837 million in revenue. Cohort 19 recognised the achievements of the Top 10 startups, selected from nearly 100 applicants, after an intensive five-month accelerator program.
