MMU has achieved yet another remarkable milestone, clinching the CXP Best Customer Experience Awards 2024 for the fourth time. The prestigious award ceremony was held on 5 December 2024 at One World Hotel, Petaling Jaya, and the accolade was received by Prof. Dato’ Dr. Mazliham Mohd Su’ud, President of MMU.
This achievement reflects MMU’s unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences, cementing its reputation as one of the best higher education institutions. In attendance were distinguished MMU leaders, including Prof. Ir. Dr. Zulfadzli Yusof, Vice President of Market Exploration, Engagement & Touchpoint (MEET), Ms. Nor Adni Ismail, Vice President of Finance and Business Ventures, Mr. Zambri Pawanchik, Vice President of Strategic Marketing, Recruitment, and Admission (SMART), and other leader members.
The CXP Best Customer Experience Awards is a renowned regional program that recognises excellence in customer experience, with winners judged directly by their customers. Since its inception, the awards have expanded their presence across 14 markets in the Asia-Pacific region, making this accolade a testament to university’s commitment to service excellence on an international scale.
