Two esteemed alumni recently returned to their alma mater to conduct a sharing session with MBA students from the Faculty of Management (FOM) in November 2024. Mr. Chandra Arjun, the Founder and President of Cuci Malaysia, shared his expertise on the Circular Economy and Entrepreneurship.
With a background in Software Engineering and Game Design from MMU, Mr. Chandra discussed pressing issues related to waste management in Malaysia. He emphasised the importance of raising awareness, fostering responsible consumer behavior, and exploring business opportunities within the circular economy and sustainability, inspired by Malaysia’s Budget 2025.
Following Mr. Chandra, Mr. Azaini Aizat, an alumnus with a BBA (Hons) in Marketing and the Founder and Business Development Manager at FLOW Studios Sdn Bhd, captivated the audience with his talk on leveraging technology to identify and exploit business opportunities. Specialising in smart technology solutions, Mr. Azaini highlighted how understanding customer problems and utilising IoT (Internet of Things) and AI (Artificial Intelligence) can transform innovative ideas into commercial products.
The session was a resounding success, inspiring students to think creatively and strategically about their entrepreneurial ventures.
