Let us extend our heartiest congratulations to three students from the Faculty of Management (FOM) – Mr. Ang Kheng Yen, Mr. Emanuel Phirasit Santa Maria, and Mr. Chow Jing Yang – for being selected to represent MMU in the prestigious ERPSim APAC Cup in April 2025.
Under the guidance of coach Dr. Abby Ashraff Saprudin and mentor Ms. Premylla Jeremiah, the team secured a place among the Top 4 teams in the SAP University Alliances Asia Pacific Japan (UA APJ) ERPsim competition on 18 October 2024. This achievement qualifies them to compete with 16 teams for the international stage in June 2025.
Their success in the ERPsim competition is a testament to their strong command of enterprise resource planning (ERP) principles, strategic decision-making skills, and outstanding teamwork. The ERPsim competition simulates real-world business environments, challenging students to manage resources, operations, and strategic decisions within a high-stakes digital ERP framework.
This achievement not only reflects their dedication but also highlights the robust education and mentorship provided by MMU’s academic programme. As they prepare for the APAC Cup, they carry with them the full support of MMU and the nation. We look forward to seeing these talented young leaders showcase Malaysian innovation and expertise on the global stage, representing our university and country at the forefront of digital business.
