11 participants attended an engaging workshop titled “Revitalize & Relax: A Practical Workshop on Self-Massage Techniques”, conducted by Ms. Siti Zarifah Amir, a lecturer from the Faculty of Business (FOB). Organised by the MESRA Club, this workshop was exclusively designed for female staff members, focusing on promoting wellness and self-care.

The interactive session offered participants valuable, hands-on experience in self-massage techniques targeting key tension areas, including the neck, shoulders, and arms. In addition, they learned essential breathing exercises aimed at enhancing relaxation and reducing stress. Beyond the practical skills, the workshop also fostered a strong sense of community among attendees, creating an environment of mutual support and well-being.

Feedback from the participants has been overwhelmingly positive, with many expressing their appreciation for the helpful techniques learned. The MESRA Club is eager to continue hosting such initiatives in the future, further promoting wellness and supporting the holistic well-being of its members.
