On 18 October 2024, MESRA Club organised a highly informative webinar titled “Pencen Bak Jutawan” featuring Puan Khairul Bariah Binti Mohd Sabri, a Unit Trust Consultant from Public Mutual. The session attracted 31 participants, eager to learn more about financial strategies for a stable retirement.
Puan Khairul Bariah emphasised the importance of diversifying EPF savings to secure a more stable and prosperous future post-retirement. She discussed various options and strategies, shedding light on the risks and rewards of different investment vehicles.
The session continued with a presentation by Ms. Mariam Md Salleh, who explained the different types of investment portfolios available through Public Mutual. She also guided participants on how to read financial performance reports and understand the trajectory of investments, helping them make informed decisions.
Participants were able to expand their knowledge on diversifying their investment portfolios, gaining insights into how to strategically manage their retirement funds. The session was further enriched by a lively exchange of comments, ideas, and queries in the chatbox. Participants actively shared their thoughts, posed questions, and discussed their personal experiences, creating an engaging and collaborative learning environment.
