MESRA Club and FMDM Repaint Campus Parking Lots at MMU Melaka

On 31 July 2024, 50 dedicated members of the MESRA Club, alongside MMU staff, embarked on a project to repaint 80 parking lots at the Melaka campus. This initiative, organised collaboratively by MESRA Club and the Facilities Management Department Melaka (FMDM) team, was initially scheduled to take two days but was remarkably completed in just 2.5 hours.

Armed with paint and brushes, the volunteers worked diligently to transform the parking lots, enhancing both the aesthetic appeal and functionality of the campus. The freshly painted spaces not only improve visibility and safety for drivers but also reflect the university’s dedication to maintaining a well-kept and inviting environment.

This successful initiative underscores the power of collaboration and the positive impact of community-driven efforts. The joint endeavor by MESRA Club and FMDM serves as an inspiring example of what can be achieved when individuals unite with a common goal.
