Multimedia University (MMU) welcomed an Indonesian delegation led by Ir. Hj. Lale Prayatni, Ibu Gubernur of Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB), to the Cyberjaya campus on 26 June 2024. The delegation was graciously received by Prof. Dato’ Dr. Mazliham Mohd Su’ud, President of MMU, who provided an insightful introduction to the university and its various initiatives.
The visit facilitated a productive exchange of views and perspectives between MMU and the Indonesian delegates, exploring potential avenues for future collaboration. The guests were also given a tour of the campus facilities. MMU is enthusiastic about strengthening its international cooperation and deepening its engagement with external stakeholders. This visit marks the beginning of a promising collaboration between Malaysia and Indonesia, aiming to cultivate a talented and globally competitive workforce for the future. The visit signifies a crucial step towards enhanced bilateral relations and academic partnerships, reinforcing MMU’s position as a leading institution in the region.
Also present during the visit were Prof. Ir. Dr. Hairul Azhar Abdul Rashid, Vice President of Market Exploration, Engagement & Touchpoint (VP MEET); En. Zambri Pawanchik, Vice President of Strategic Marketing, Admission, and Recruitment (VP SMART); representatives from the Institute for Postgraduate Studies; and other MMU staff.
