MMU Athletes to Compete for Malaysia in AUG 2024

Four outstanding students from Multimedia University (MMU) have been selected to represent Malaysia in the 21st ASEAN University Games (AUG) 2024. The talented athletes—Chua Jia Tien, Eshwant Singh, and Christy Teh Xing Ti from the Faculty of Law (FOL), and Muhammad Ayman bin Firas from the Faculty of Management (FOM)—will compete in chess, swimming, and sport climbing. The event is held in Surabaya, Indonesia, from 26 June to 6 July 2024. 

In recognition of their achievement, a meet and greet session was held with the President of MMU, Prof. Dato’ Dr. Mazliham Mohd Su’ud, on 20 June 2024. During this session, Prof. Dato’ Dr. Mazliham shared motivational words and presented special incentives to the athletes. AUG, a biennial sports event, brings together athletes from universities across ASEAN member countries.
