In a dynamic partnership between the Cyberjaya Accounting Club (CAC) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) Malaysia, the annual Career Jumpstarter 2024 event lit up the Cyberjaya campus on 3 May 2024. MMU President, Professor Dato’ Dr. Mazliham Mohd Su’ud officiated the programme with the presence of Ms. Shenola Gonzales, Head of ICAEW Malaysia, Puan Sri Kusuma Wati Mohd Daud, Director of Student Lifestyle and Experience (STyLE), and Ms. Low Yi Zhen, the Director of Career Jumpstarter 2024.
A lineup of industry representatives including Deloitte, EY, PWC, KPMG, BDO, CCS, UHY, and Grant Thornton participated, offering students unparalleled opportunities to bolster their employability skills. This one-day extravaganza served as a launchpad for students to refine their talents, glean invaluable insights, and establish meaningful connections with esteemed employers. Facilitating internship and job placement opportunities, Career Jumpstarter 2024 fostered a culture of continuous learning and professional excellence among students.
