MMU Students Win Prizes at Huawei ICT Competition 2023-2024

Let us extend our heartiest congratulations to our students who represented the university in the national level of ICT competition, recently. MMU teams competed in three different categories namely Computing track, Cloud track and Network track. MMU Huawei instructors, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ng Kok Why and Dr. Ng Sew Lai from the Faculty of Computing and Informatics (FCI) accompanied the students to participate in the Huawei Malaysia National ICT Competition Awards Ceremony that was held in October 2023.  

During the National ICT Competition Awards ceremony 2023, Avinash Imanuel, Chong Onn Keat and Toh Ee Lin received Consolation prize under the Cloud track, while another team from MMU emerged as the second runner up under the Network track were Tan Kai Yuan, Lew Zi Xuan and Nur Ayu Amira Binti Idris. More than 11 universities participated in the ICT competition at the national level.
