Centre for Alumni (CfA) hosted the Alumni Singapore Chapter event virtually on 5 August 2023. The event was officiated by Prof. Dato’ Dr. Mazliham Mohd Su’ud, President of MMU and the event was attended by 15 alumni who are now staying in Singapore. The session served as a great avenue for Permata Dunia to share their experiences and reminisce about their study journey at MMU. The event also aimed at strengthening the relationship between alumni and their alma mater.
The session also witnessed the nomination of Nicklaus Gan Zhau Hern as the Chapter Leader, while Lim Kian En and Chanel Loh Su Fui were selected as the Assistant Chapter Leaders. The alumni also won a lucky draw during the event. Others who were present at the event include Prof. Dr. Wong Eng Kiong, the Vice President of Student Experience and Entrepreneurship Development (VP SEED), Dr. Ong Jeen Wei, the Director, Alumni Engagement, Career and Entrepreneurship Development (ACE) as well as the Faculty Deans. It is hoped that alumni could continue to render their support and assistance to the university for us to stand tall and proud.
