FCM Postgraduate Talk Series Inspires Students with Valuable Tips for Academic Success

On 14 July 2023, the Faculty of Creative Multimedia (FCM) hosted its fourth Postgraduate Talk series of the year, featuring a distinguished guest, Associate Professor Dr. Lukas Parker from the School of Media and Communication at RMIT University, Australia. During the session, Associate Professor Parker shared valuable tips for postgraduate success with 30 postgraduate students and staff from FCM, FOM, and FAC.

Held as a hybrid session, the insightful talk focused on practical advice to excel in postgraduate studies, providing attendees with valuable guidance for their academic journey.  The event concluded with a lively question-and-answer session, where students had the opportunity to seek further insights from Associate Professor Parker, discussing the common challenges faced by Master’s and Ph.D. candidates. The faculty extends its heartfelt appreciation to Associate Professor Parker and anticipates future collaborations with RMIT University.
