Strengthening Alumni-Alma Mater Connection

A total of 20 Permata Dunia participated in the first-ever Southern Chapter Reunion Luncheon at Rumah Makan Cibiuk, MITC Melaka on 11 March 2023. The engagement session was jointly organised by the Southern Chapter Committee and the Centre for Alumni (CfA. The session was also filled with a sharing session by Mr. Ahmad Bukhari Mohd Yunus, our Permata Dunia from the Faculty of Engineering and Technology (FET).

Mr. Ahmad Bukhari is the Head of Human Resources (HR) at Shell Business Operations Malaysia and he also owns the Rumah Makan Cibiuk. He shared on his journey as an entrepreneur and shared his tips to start a business. Also present during the event were Dr. Ong Jeen Wei, Director of Alumni Engagement, Career and Entrepreneurship (ACE), and his team together with the representatives of the Alumni Melaka Chapter, Mr. Ryan Cheng and Ms. Sonia. The team will organise more activities to strengthen the relationship between MMU and its Permata Dunia.
