MMU-Penang State Government Exchange MoU to Develop Digital Talent

Multimedia University (MMU) exchanged a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) document with the State Government of Penang to embark on collaboration for talent development on 13th September 2022. 

With the MoU, MMU has entered into a cooperation to develop a skilled workforce, digital and future talents besides supporting the 5G sandbox initiative in Penang. The document was exchanged by Prof. Dato’ Dr. Mazliham Mohd. Su’ud, MMU President on behalf of MMU while Yang Berhormat Zairil Khir Johari, State Executive Councillor for Infrastructure & Transport represented the Penang Government. 

The event was witnessed by Yang Amat Berhormat, Mr. Chow Kon Yeow, the Chief Minister of Penang at Setia SPICE Convention Centre, Penang in conjunction with the World Congress on Innovation and Technology 2022. Also attending the event was Prof. Dr. Wong Hin Yong, Vice President of Academic and International Relations (VP AIR), and MMU officers.
