YUM and LZS Host Zakat Assessment Awareness Talk

Yayasan Universiti Multimedia (YUM) and Lembaga Zakat Selangor (LZS) hosted an awareness talk at Surau Al-Hidayah, Cyberjaya campus on 28th July 2022. The talk was conducted by Ustaz Hamizul Abdul Hamid, Head of Dakwah from LZS. He briefly elaborated on the importance of paying zakat and its calculation through an app, where Muslims can calculate their own zakat amount. The talk was followed by more than 20 people. Also attending the talk were Mr. Izad Ismail, Director of YUM and Mr. Mohd Zaki Abdul Rahim, LZS officer.
