MMU launched its Sambutan Bulan Kebangsaan 2022 or National Month Celebration 2022 on 16th August 2022. The launching ceremony was graced by Prof. Dato’ Dr. Mazliham Mohd Su’ud, President of MMU together with the management committee members, staff, and students at the President’s Square, Melaka campus.
In his speech, Prof. Dato’ Dr. Mazliham reminded the MMU community should strengthen the harmonious relationship where everyone is encouraged to participate in all on-campus activities. This is to inculcate the spirit of togetherness in our diverse community. The ceremony was kicked off with an aerobic session, and followed by the launching and students’ performance. The audience also proudly waved the Jalur Gemilang and sang a patriotic song during the event.
In commemorating the nation’s Independence Day and Hari Malaysia, the university hosts a series of activities from 16 August 2022 until 16 September 2022 including the photography contest, TikTok, poetry writing workshop, forum, and other engaging activities.
