Exploring Potential Collaboration with Industry Key Player

On 27th July 2022, Mejar (K) David Teo, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Metrowealth International Group visited MMU Cyberjaya campus. Prof. Dato’ Dr. Mazliham Mohd Su’ud, President of MMU extended his warm welcome together with Prof. Dr. Wong Eng Kiong, Vice President of Student Experience and Entrepreneurship Development (VP SEED), Ts. Dr. Lim Kok Yoong, Dean of Faculty of Creative Multimedia (FCM), Ts. Amir Shahlan, Dean of Faculty of Cinematic Arts (FCA), and other MMU officers. 

A discussion was held during the visit in exploring potential collaborations between MMU and MIG in the area of film and animation. Mejar (K) David Teo also received briefings by FCM and FCA representatives. He also had a chance to tour faculty’s facilities including Astro Lab, sound studio, mocap and sound stage. It is hoped that this industry collaboration will help the university to deliver real-world experiences to students during their study journey.
