A total of 18 representatives from various ministries and government agencies attended the Votality, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity (VUCA) workshop from 27th June until 29th June 2022. Prof. Dato’ Dr. Mazliham Mohd Su’ud, the President of MMU officiated the closing ceremony of the workshop at Cyberview Resort and Spa. Prof. Dato’ also presented the certificates to the participants during the ceremony. The workshop was conducted by Prof. Dr. Wong Hin Yong, Vice President of Academic and International Relations, MMU academicians and an industry speaker namely Ms. Monique Young from Columbia Asia Group of Companies.
Jointly organised by Cnergy and Public Service Department (JPA), the workshop aimed to unravel the leadership competencies necessary for success in a VUCA world, and provide awareness and basic skills in technology and critical thinking that are essential in this evolving world of technology. Also attending the closing ceremony were Dr. Ahmad Zairy Mohd Soeib, Senior Deputy Director of Human Capital Development Division, JPA; Mr. Norkhairul Wahab, Chief Executive Officer of Cnergy, representatives from JPA and MMU officers.
