A signing ceremony of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was held between Multimedia University (MMU) and BG Capital Holdings on 28 March 2022 in Cyberjaya. The MoU was signed by Prof. Dato’ Dr. Mazliham Mohd Su’ud, President of MMU, and Puan Saliza Abdullah, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of BG Capital Holdings. The pact was to strengthen the relationship established between the Faculty of Management (FOM) and the Alumni Engagement, Career, and Entrepreneurship Development (ACED) with BG Capital Holdings.
Through the collaboration, both parties have been exploring various collaborations including students’ and alumni career development, industrial exposure via knowledge sharing sessions, internship and job placements to MMU students and alumni as well as bolstering the entrepreneurship ecosystem in the university. Also attending the ceremony were Puan Salina Abdullah, Director of BG Capital Holdings; Prof. Dr. Wong Eng Kiong, Vice President of Student Experience and Entrepreneurship Development (VP SEED); Dr. Mohd Fairuz Abdul Rahim, Dean of FOM; Dr. Ong Jeen Wei, Director of ACED and other MMU officials.
