FAC Hosts Welcome Party for DAC Final Year Students

On 16 February 2022, the Faculty of Applied Communication (FAC) held a welcome party for its students from the Diploma in Applied Communication programme. Prof. Dato’ Dr. Mazliham Mohd Su’ud, the President of MMU was also invited to grace the event and met with the students at Cyberjaya campus. The event celebrated and welcomed the first intake of DAC students to the campus before they completed their Diploma programme this trimester.

The students have endured the learning experience without any experience on campus as they were enrolled during the COVID-19 outbreak and the Movement Control Order (MCO). However, they managed to continue their learning and move towards the finishing line of their diploma journey. The President also commended the students’ commitment and perseverance in adapting to the new norm of teaching and learning activities. Also attending the event were Dr. Ong Sue Lynn, Dean of FAC, and other academic staff.
