We would like to extend our heartiest congratulations to Team Spark, which was led by Lim Min Ying from the Faculty of Engineering (FOE) and team members from various universities, who clinched the Overall Champion in Huawei Malaysia Sales Elite Challenge, recently. The team members were Hoh Jia Da from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), Loo Chun Yan from Sichuan University, Wee Gim Fung, and Goh Yi Chong from University of Malaya. The team received a cash prize of RM15,000 together with trophies and certificates. In addition, Lim Min Ying also was also announced to win the Top 10 Best Individuals in the same competition. Min Ying received a medal and certificate for the category.
Huawei Malaysia Sales Elite Challenge is a large-scale sales-related competition for Malaysian varsity students. It aims to enable students to explore Huawei sales-related knowledge and to discover students’ abilities in developing innovative and real-world business solutions. The challenge took place across two phases namely the preliminary round and the grand final. There were 50 finalists that were qualified for the final round, which were divided into 10 teams.
