Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mardeni Roslee, a lecturer of the Faculty of Engineering (FOE) received recognition when he was invited as Guest of Honor, International Advisor, and Keynote Speaker at IEEE International Conference on Electrical, Communication, and Computer Engineering (ICECCE 2021), recently.
Dr. Mardeni, who is also Deputy Dean of Research Management Centre (RMC) delivered his speech on “Radio Research Allocation in Device-to-Device (D2D) Communications 5G/6G Networks” to attendees from the United Kingdom (UK), the United States of America (USA), Italy, France, Greece, Ukraine, Germany, Denmark, Romania, Croatia, and many more.
The ICECCE was officiated by Prof. Yunus Uzun from Aksaray University, Turkey, together with Prof. Victor Chang from Teesside University, UK, Prof. Patrick S.P. Wang from Northeastern University, USA, and Prof. Fazel Mohammadi from the University of Windsor, Canada. A total of 476 papers was submitted in the field of Wireless Communications, Internet of Things, power and energy, smart grids, satellite and signal, image processing, networks & security, and others.
The appreciation recognises Dr. Mardeni’s expertise in furthering and bringing a diversified range of engineering experience in design, development, and management in the 5G/6G wireless communication field.
