Multimedia University (MMU) and TalentCorp Malaysia sealed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to enhance strategic collaboration in career development, internship, and industrial engagement on 19th April 2021. The pact was signed by Prof. Dato’ Dr. Mazliham Mohd Su’ud, President of MMU and Mr. Thomas Matthew, Group Chief Executive Officer of TalentCorp. The signing ceremony was witnessed by Prof. Dr. Wong Eng Kiong, Vice President of Student Experience, Entrepreneurship and Development, MMU and Mr. Nazrul Aziz, Head, Graduates and Emerging Talent/Industry Partnership, TalentCorp.
The pact will pave the way for both parties to embark on collaborative efforts and initiatives in achieving a better graduate employability rate for MMU students. TalentCorp is an agency under the Ministry of Human Resources (MOHR), which mandated to attract, nurture, and retain the talent and expertise for Malaysia’s economic development.
Also attending the event were Dato’ Haji Nazaruddin Abdul Jalil and Dato’ Nelson Raganathan, members of Board of Directors, Megat Fazrul Azlin , and Ardi Gunsuh from TalentCorp. Other invitees were Dr. Ong Jeen Wei, Director of Alumni Engagement, Entrepreneurship and Career Development (ACED) and Mr. Albert Quek, Deputy Director of ACED, and other MMU officers.
