A virtual discussion was held between Multimedia University (MMU) and representatives from the Institute of Business Management (IOBM) Pakistan on the 11th March 2021. Prof. Dato’ Dr. Mazliham Mohd Su’ud, our president, and Mr Talib Syed Karim, President of IOBM led the discussion on the potential academic collaboration between two institutions.
IOBM is a private university and business school which is located in Karachi, Pakistan. The institution is composed of four colleges namely College of Business Management, College of Economic & Social Development, College of Computer Sciences & Information Systems, and College of Engineering Science.
Through this e effort, MMU and IOBM will collaborate and explore several areas including staff and student exchange, research and postgraduate supervision, articulation, and dual programme. The discussion was also attended by Prof. Dr. Ho Chin Kuan, Vice President of Academic and International Relations; Ms Kausar Saeed, Head of Department Internship, Placement and International Office IOBM, and officers from both institutions.
