MMU Academics Clinch Rising Star Award at ASM ArtScienceTM Prize

We are proud to share that Dr. Roopesh Sitharan and Ts. Dr. Mohd Hafizuddin Mohd Yusof from the Faculty of Creative Multimedia (FCM) clinched the Rising Star Award at the ArtScience^TM Prize recently. They were announced as the winner for the category with their project entitled “Artificial autonomy and the question of subjectivity in AI”. Organized by the Academy of Sciences Malaysia (ASM), the Prize is awarded to outstanding talent and works of art that represent the amalgamation of art and science. This Prize also is the first-ever to be established in Malaysia to acknowledge the artist-scientists’ community.
