Dr. Ridzwan Receives Appointment Letter as Chairman of Audit and Risk Committee

Dr. Ridzwan Bakar, our academic staff from the Faculty of Management (FOM) received an appointment letter as the Chairman of Audit and Risk Management Committee for Kolej Professional Baitulmal Kuala Lumpur (KPBKL). KPBKL is a wholly-owned by Majlis Agama Islam Wilayah Persekutuan (KPBKL), which is currently in the transformation process to be Waqf university.

Dr. Ridzwan, who is also a Waqf expert, will lead the committee for two years. He will contribute by contributing advices on best practice of governance, business model, integrity, financial, and non-financial audit and Risk assessment. The committee is an independent body comprising experts and professionals in the industry to assist MAIWP and KPBKL during the transformation process.
