MMU Student Bags First Place at Microfest++ Virtual Global Competition

Md. Waziullah Apu, our Master of Multimedia (E-Learning Technologies) or now known as Master of Multimedia (Digital Learning) student has made MMU proud when he emerged as the winner for IT Competition- Graphic Designing recently. The competition was hosted by Microsoft Student Partners-Pakistan and had received around 1,000 participants around the world submitting their work in different sections of the competition namely Algo Challenge, Speed Programming, Bug Catcher, and many more. Held in a virtual mode, the competition aimed to boost IT knowledge and expand participants’ networking amid the outbreak of COVID-19. Md. Waziullah was awarded $500 (Azure Credit) and a certificate for this competition. He also expressed his gratitude to his supervisor, Prof. Ts. Dr. Neo Tse Kian for this achievement.
