On 7 September 2020, Multimedia University (MMU) was honoured to receive a courtesy visit from Ms. Emmanuelle Marchand, the Counsellor for Cooperation and Cultural Actions, French Embassy. Prof. Dato’ Dr. Mazliham Mohd Su’ud, President of MMU gave his welcoming remarks to the guest and hoping this fruitful visit will give benefit to the MMU community and French Embassy. The visit was aimed to strengthen the relationship and to explore possible collaboration in terms of research activities and student mobility programmes.
The delegate members also visited Cyberjaya campus area as well as its state-of-the-art facilities. Also present during the event were Dr. Angeline Blanc-Serre, the Attachee for Cooperation in Science and Higher Education and Malaysia-France University Centre (MFUC), French Director as well as Ms. Erwina A. Ghafar, the MFUC Deputy Director. Prof. Dr. Ho Chin Kuan, the Vice President of Academic and Internationalisation; Prof. Ir. Dr. Hairul Azhar Abdul Rashid; Vice President of Research and Innovation, deans and other MMU officers were also in attendance.
