Celebrating Syawal with MMU Students

On the 1st of Syawal, volunteers from multiple units from MMU Melaka, Cyberjaya, and Johor campuses gathered for Syawal food distribution to the stranded students. A total of 280 Syawal lunch packs were distributed to the students. At the same time, the volunteer in Melaka also managed to give out 30 Syawal lunch packs to the COVID-19 frontline workers in Melaka general hospital.

Apart from that, the Counselling Unit also hosted an Eid Al Fitr Celebration with 167 international students to celebrate the month of Syawal in Melaka and Cyberjaya campuses. The students received food packs and goodies including cupcakes, Arabic sweets, and drinks. The event went smoothly with the help of 10 volunteers in preparing and distributing them to the students.
