Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mardeni Roslee from the Faculty of Engineering (FOE) and Research Institute of Digital Connectivity (RIDC) received an appreciation from India and invited as a Guest of Honour, Keynote Speaker and Visiting Professor at the International Conference on Computer, Communication and Power Engineering (I3CPE’19) at SASTRA University, India recently.

He was also invited to share his insights on the topic entitled “The Future Trend of Telecommunication Technology: D2D Communication in 5G Networks”. The appreciation was presented by Dr. Alli Rani A. The conference was organised by SASTRA University, India, a highly ranked university in the country, which involved global international advisory board such as Egypt, Canada, London, USA and many more. Several eminent research scholars, scientists, engineers and technologists shared their valuable research, innovations, and experiences in various disciplines in Computer and Communication Technology.

Dr. Mardeni was also invited as a Guest of Honour and Keynote Speaker at the Symposium on the Future Telecommunication Technologies 2019 (SOFTT 2019) at Telkom University, Indonesia. The appreciation recognises him in furthering and bring a diversified range of engineering experience in design, development, and management in communication and vehicular technology field which includes research consultation, professional institution, and association in a professional organisation, networking and interaction from public and private sectors as well as the international platforms in the 21st century. Furthermore, the event also acknowledging him for his more than 40 research awards received which are internationally recognised.
